Two Roads Development, a premier developer of multi-family and residential communities, wanted to create buzz around Elysee Miami – its 57-story, ultra-luxury, waterfront condominium in downtown Miami – years before the project would open its doors. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Jean-Louis Deniot, and priced at $1.5 to $10 million per unit, Elysee was brought to life digitally with a website developed and designed by Ideabar, which also set a distinct social media strategy with posts designed to build brand awareness, boost engagement and create buzz.
With completion expected in 2020, nearly 50 percent of units are already sold, and construction has reached the 18th floor. In 2017, 8.3 million targeted digital ads were displayed, attaining more than 163,000 clicks for a 1.97% CTR. Leads increased 97.8% YOY, and digital marketing efforts accounted for 77% of all web traffic.
